The free limit is 5 GB. A 100 GB transfer is twenty times that limit. Twenty links do not make one archive. If a part is missing, the disk backup will not open. We do not reassemble the parts.
Files this size cannot be attached to an email. Gmail stops at 25 MB. A shared drive requires an account, has a quota, and leaves access in place indefinitely. A transfer link has a set expiration.

A disk backup is not a video folder
An image file is a single-file copy of a disk. We do not extract the footage inside it. We do not mount it. We do not open it. The MOV you include alongside it downloads separately. We do not open the ZIP either.

Upload time and membership
We do not estimate how many hours it will take to upload 100 GB. Your internet connection determines the time. There is no desktop app. You send through your browser. Closing the tab stops the upload.

How long does the upload take?
We do not give upload time estimates. Uploading 100 GB can take a long time on a fast connection and a very long time on a slow one. There is no desktop app. Transfers are sent through your browser. Don’t close the tab. We do not promise a specific upload time.

How is this different from sending 50 GB of footage?
Files just over 50 GB and files over 100 GB fit in the same package, up to 200 GB. Both exceed the free transfer limit. Neither should be split.
Does a download notification mean the archive has finished downloading?
No. If you entered your email address, you receive one notification when the download starts. With email delivery, you are notified once per recipient. With link delivery, you are notified once per transfer. This does not confirm that the entire 96 GB image has downloaded.
Can I send more than 1 TB?
No. The maximum size for a single transfer is 1 TB. Neither SendGB Extra nor SendGB Exceed can accept a larger file in one piece. If you split the file in two, we do not reassemble the parts.
