Sending 500 GB and 1 TB files requires different plans
SendGB Extra’s maximum transfer size is 500 GB. Not every subscription includes this limit. Your plan determines whether you can send that much. Storage is separate and reaches up to 1 TB. Having 1 TB of storage does not mean you can send 1 TB at once.
That is why single files larger than 500 GB cannot be sent with SendGB Extra. You can send these files with SendGB Exceed 1 TB. It costs €9.99. No subscription is required. Files larger than 1 TB cannot be sent in a single transfer with either option.

If you frequently send 200 GB, SendGB Extra is a better fit. If you send 630 GB once a year, SendGB Exceed 1 TB is enough. Do not buy an annual subscription.
Files over 1 TB
If you buy two codes and split 1.2 TB into two parts, you get two separate download links. We do not combine the parts. An incomplete image will not open. This size exceeds the single-transfer limit.

We do not combine parts of a disk copy. We do not generate checksums. We do not compress files into ZIP to get them below 500 GB. A nearly full image does not get much smaller when recompressed. The disk image guide explains disk images.

Does a download notification mean the entire archive was downloaded?
No. If you enter your email address, you receive one notification when the download starts. With email delivery, you are notified once per recipient. With link delivery, you are notified once per transfer. This does not confirm that the entire 420 GB image has been downloaded. You generate the checksum and include it in the note.
Do I need the 1 TB option for 100 GB?
